You will also be able to measure yourself against professional skiers during the Xspeed Isola Challenge, a speed skiing tournament in the presence of the world speed monoski recordman Xavier Cousseau!

Skiing in the southern alps

The ski area of Isola 2000 offers a multitude of slopes and play areas to spend unforgettable holidays with family or friends. From the green slopes to the black slopes, each skier will find what he or she is looking for among the diversity of slopes offered by the ski resort. The domain has 3 distinct sectors. First of all, the Pelevos sector which is for beginners with a majority of green and blue slopes. The sector also offers a snowpark for freestylers who will be able to send their best tricks! Then, the Saint-Sauveur sector with its undergrowth trails and steep turns. For the most seasoned skiers, this sector will allow them to have a lot of fun! Finally, the Lombarde sector located on the Italian border is ideal for skiing on the Italian side and enjoy a nice snowshoe hike. Thanks to its orientation and geographical location, the Isola 2000 resort combines sunshine, maritime atmosphere and Italian culture. 

This "Grand Ski" resort enjoys an exceptional altitude and snow cover which makes it an ideal ski area for the organisation of ski competitions. Skiing or snowboarding, winter sports enthusiasts meet here every year to hurtle down quality ski slopes. 

Tony's Snowland snowpark is located at an altitude of 2300 m and offers lines for every level of skiing. In addition, its Family Park beginners' area is perfect for discovering boardercross! This fun area is fully secured and regularly maintained. A maximum of sliding sensations await you to share unique moments and real experiences at altitude.

A marked and secure itinerary is accessible for a ski touring trip. It allows you to discover the mountain in a different way and to evolve in the heart of wide open spaces and virgin slopes. Several Nordic ski loops are also accessible for classic skiing or skating. Finally, for snowshoe walks, go to the start near the snow front to reach the summit of the Col de la Lombarde and enjoy an incredible panorama over the whole resort.
