How does the Snow Guarantee work?
- Activation Condition: If less than 50% of the ski lifts are open during the period of the interruption, Customers who have purchased the Snow Guarantee on the website can request a refund for the days not skied.
- Justification of the Opening Rate: The opening rate of the ski area, normally accessible from the equipment rental location, is determined by the Tourist Office or the Ski Lift Operator.
- Required Proof: Each Customer who has purchased the Snow Guarantee must provide proof of the opening rate to be eligible for a refund.
